Under updated requirements, Reach 69 is now shown as two sub-areas: Badfish Creek (near Highway 59) and the remaining lower Yahara River area near Fulton. A new water quality monitoring site in Badfish Creek provides better data on how upstream practices are affecting water quality in this part of the watershed. This does not change the watershed-wide focus of Yahara WINS or our overall compliance goals — it gives us a clearer picture of progress in a key area.
