*The original Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) references a 2017–2036 implementation period. Subsequent permit updates have extended the Yahara WINS adaptive management compliance schedule through 2040. IGA members’ annual contribution amounts remain unchanged; the contribution period has been extended.
